*RATES All rates are quoted on a one day event. Weekends are considered a one day rental. Please call our office for long-term rates. Prices are subject to change without notice.

*PAYMENT A deposit using a major credit card is required when you make a reservation. The balance will be charged to the card before delivery. We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express. Local checks are accepted with a valid drivers license. Deposits on tents or dance floors are not refundable.

*PLANNING Early planning ensures product availability and openings for delivery. Any changes or adjustments to your order needs to be made 48 hours in advance of scheduled delivery or pick up.

*DELIVERY / PICK-UP Minimum fee for tailgate delivery is $65.00. The delivery fee is based on the zip code destination. On pick-up, all equipment must be rinsed free of food and placed in their original containers. Tables and chairs need to be broken down and stacked. You may request an A.M. or P.M. delivery time.

*SET UP AND TAKE DOWN We are happy to provide this service for some rental items. Arrangements for this service must be made at time of reservation. Call us for pricing
